This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a trusted advisor to district and school leaders by offering strategic guidance on instructional enhancement and organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate with educational leaders to design, execute, and assess high-impact initiatives aimed at improving educator effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Create tailored recommendations, implementation strategies, and actionable resources that align with district objectives and requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in various domains of educational practice, leadership, curriculum, coaching, or systems improvement.
• Develop high-quality professional learning experiences, implementation resources, and consulting deliverables customized to meet customer needs.
• Lead executive planning sessions, leadership retreats, workshops, and professional learning activities.
• Evaluate implementation data, stakeholder feedback, and outcome metrics to identify patterns and inform recommendations.
• Cultivate enduring relationships with district leaders by delivering exceptional service and practical, evidence-based advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute expertise to new service offerings, thought leadership, and innovation throughout EdConnective.
• Over 10 years of successful experience in K–12 education demonstrating a positive impact on educator effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Substantial experience in one or more leadership roles, such as district administrator, school administrator, instructional coach, curriculum leader, director, consultant, or other system-level leadership positions.
• Proven success in leading large-scale instructional improvement, change management, or district implementation initiatives.
• Extensive experience advising school or district leaders and facilitating strategic planning discussions.
• Expertise in designing and conducting professional learning for educators and leadership teams.
• Profound knowledge in one or more educational content or leadership areas, with the ability to act as a recognized subject matter expert.
• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present to district leadership, school boards, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with experience in developing reports, strategic recommendations, implementation plans, and executive-facing documents.
• Ability to quickly grasp organizational challenges and recommend practical, evidence-based solutions.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
• High levels of professionalism, executive presence, and sound judgment.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively across remote teams.
