Educational Consultant – Contractor

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional professional learning experiences that assist educators in implementing Everway solutions.

• Plan, execute, and prepare professional learning sessions along with job-embedded coaching.

• Anticipate client needs both prior to and during professional learning engagements.

• Foster strong advocacy for Everway solutions.

• Establish supportive and responsive learning environments.

• Conduct engaging, high-quality sessions that align with the Everway delivery framework.

• Seamlessly adapt delivery across various formats.

• Keep accurate availability and respond promptly to delivery opportunities.

• Communicate in a professional and reliable manner with Everway team members and client contacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering professional learning, training, coaching, or implementation support to educators or similar professional audiences.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person settings.

• Ability to prepare effectively for sessions, utilize provided delivery materials, and make intentional adjustments to enhance participant learning while achieving session objectives.

• Clear understanding of adult learning principles and the capability to create an interactive, supportive learning environment.

• Proficient in articulating solution value, instructional intent, and next steps for implementation to participants.

• Demonstrated professional responsiveness, reliability, and organizational skills, including the timely completion of administrative duties and documentation.

• Availability for increased workload during the late July to mid-September back-to-school period, with flexibility for year-round session opportunities.

• Willingness to learn and stay informed about Everway products, services, delivery frameworks, and implementation expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
