Education Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• The Recruiter is tasked with overseeing the complete recruitment process, from identifying candidates to placing them in suitable positions.

• Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.

• Establish and nurture a robust candidate pipeline by leveraging various platforms and focused outreach efforts.

• Evaluate resumes and applications, and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to determine candidate suitability.

• Present job offers to chosen candidates and facilitate the offer acceptance process.

• Monitor and report on essential recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies.

• Keep internal teams and clients informed with regular updates on recruitment progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to candidate placement, across various roles, preferably within the healthcare or education sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high-volume recruitment demands, ideally within staffing agencies, direct hire placements, or large-scale recruiting.

• Experience with both temporary/contract and permanent placements is advantageous.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple job orders and meet deadlines effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms) being a plus.

• Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management platforms.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with both candidates and clients.
