This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and design extensive, role-specific training initiatives for patient access and revenue cycle teams.
β’ Construct curriculum, educational materials, simulations, job aids, and competency assessment tools that are in sync with front-end revenue cycle workflows.
β’ Convert scheduling, registration, referral, authorization, and financial clearance processes into organized training content.
β’ Verify training resources against the Epic system configuration (Cadence, Prelude, eMPA, and associated modules) and operational workflows.
β’ Ensure consistency among clinical, operational, and revenue cycle processes where workflows converge.
β’ Collaborate with leaders in patient access, revenue cycle teams, finance, and Epic/IS analysts to document, evaluate, and enhance workflows.
β’ Act as a bridge between operational users and Epic/IT teams to guarantee precise system representation of workflows.
β’ Design and implement structured, role-specific training programs for scheduling, referral intake, registration, prior authorization, and financial counseling teams.
β’ Utilize various learning modalities including Epic system workflow training, policy and procedure education, and tool and system utilization training.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Education, Health Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ Background in instructional design, healthcare training, or revenue cycle education.
β’ Familiarity with patient access, scheduling, registration, or front-end revenue cycle operations.
β’ Experience in healthcare informatics, workflow optimization, or EHR implementation settings.
β’ Solid understanding of revenue cycle workflows and patient access procedures.
β’ Capability to translate intricate operational workflows into training materials and system-aligned processes.
β’ Experience in supporting healthcare implementations, go-lives, or large-scale operational changes.
β’ Monthly travel may be necessary, approximately 25% of the time.
