This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Develop intricate and realistic tasks that are rooted in educational content and professional educational procedures.
• Create assignments that necessitate the interpretation of documents, charts, tables, diagrams, presentations, and various visual aids.
• Design tasks that require sound subject-matter judgment and objectively verifiable expected outcomes.
• Analyze educational materials that include text, graphics, tables, diagrams, and organized information.
• Formulate questions that demand synthesis across multiple visual or textual components.
• Ensure that conclusions are firmly based on the materials provided.
• Generate tasks that involve multi-step instructions and have clearly outlined deliverables.
• Assess whether responses meet the specified requirements.
• Identify any missing information, errors in following instructions, and unsupported conclusions.
• Establish consistent assessment criteria that differentiate between complete and partially correct responses.
• Produce authoritative reference outputs and confirm the ground truth.
• Validate that reference answers are accurate, comprehensive, and reproducible.
• Document the reasoning and evidence that support the expected outcomes.
• Resolve any ambiguities prior to evaluation.
• Compose objective rubrics that define successful responses.
• Identify key components of correct answers and differentiate substantial errors from minor presentation discrepancies.
• Refine tasks and rubrics to enhance clarity, difficulty, and reliability of evaluations.
• Uphold consistent quality standards throughout the project.
• A professional or academic background in Education, Curriculum, Instructional Design, Educational Assessment, or a related field.
• Strong capability to interpret educational documents and visually structured data.
• Experience with instructional materials, assessments, curricula, or educational content.
• Strong analytical judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to create tasks with clearly defined objectives and expected outcomes.
• Excellent written English skills with the ability to articulate reasoning precisely.
• Comfort in working independently within established project frameworks.
• Must reside in the United States or Canada.
• Commitment of approximately 15–20 hours per week.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this role.
