EDI Operations Specialist – Customer Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Review incoming electronic orders and make necessary adjustments to facilitate the order management process.

• Generate requests in relevant databases to assist customer orders, which includes setting up new customer accounts and determining customer pricing.

• Identify and coordinate solutions for issues that could negatively impact customer satisfaction.

• Examine orders for accuracy and completeness; verify and/or rectify customer orders.

• Achieve or surpass established standards for order accuracy and turnaround time.

• Manage customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.

• Draft precise, timely, and appropriate responses to customer inquiries.

• Address complaints in compliance with FDA regulations pertaining to medical devices.

• Engage in projects and participate in team meetings.

• Offer support to fellow team members.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide feedback on process enhancements.

• Report directly to the Supervisor of EDI Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience – Required.

• At least 1 year of experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA – Required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent – Required.

• Capability to manage complaints in accordance with FDA regulations relevant to medical devices.

• Availability to work on US BD 1st Shift, from 7:30am to 4pm (United States of America).
