EDI Mapping Specialist – e-invoicing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Engage in EDI and e-invoicing initiatives from the implementation phase through to ongoing support.

• Analyze and develop convertible data formats and protocols (mappings) to facilitate efficient data exchange for clients.

• Assist the team in launching and supervising customer projects.

• Resolve issues utilizing structured methodologies, thorough documentation, and ticketing systems.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Integration Engineering.

• Implement country-specific e-invoicing regulations into mapping frameworks.

• Diagnose mapping-related challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with structured data formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON.

• Familiarity with mapping tools like Altova MapForce, Seeburger BIS, or Lobster.

• Experience in integrating e-invoicing country regulations into mapping frameworks.

• Strong verbal and written technical communication skills in English.

• Excellent team player with a strong commitment to collaboration.

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

• Ability to employ critical thinking in the mapping process.

• Experience with EDI formats such as EDIFACT or ANSI X12 (preferred).

• A diploma from a HTL technical college or higher IT education (FH or university), or equivalent EDI work experience (preferred).

• Basic programming skills for troubleshooting (preferred).

• Standard background checks will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
