EDI Implementation Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing all implementation complexities, including the management of relationships with both internal teams and external partners such as payers and vendors.

• Developing suitable documented outputs and ensuring partner awareness regarding Availity functionality.

• Overseeing client timelines and deliverables, resolving issues, managing file transmissions, reporting responses, conducting testing, and delivering results.

• Performing pre-production functional testing protocols, which includes the creation and execution of test plans.

• Guiding EDI Implementation Analysts to guarantee that projects are completed within established timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 4 years of relevant experience in a technology and/or healthcare setting.

• More than 4 years of experience in managing simple to moderately complex implementations.

• Familiarity with the healthcare sector, particularly regarding claims processing systems, provider office operations, and customer service workflows.

• Knowledge of HIPAA implementation guidelines for claims and other transactions.

• Understanding of X12 transactions, specifically 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 278, and CCR/CCD.

• Capability to develop and execute test plans.

• Proficiency in creating documentation, including training materials and reference documents.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
