This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Provide support for Program Quality in Regional Economic Inclusion (EI) and Technical Assistance Projects.
• Assist Trickle Up’s regional office in executing effective economic inclusion initiatives, including direct implementation and technical assistance.
• Ensure adherence to Trickle Up’s Global Program Quality Framework throughout the program lifecycle.
• Enhance the capabilities of regional, country, and project-level teams in EI, Graduation, and associated methodologies.
• Aid in regional business development and strategic relationship management, especially for technical assistance initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and integration of best practices in EI project design; serve as the Technical Lead or EI Subject Matter Expert (SME) during proposal development.
• Collaborate with global and regional Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) staff to uphold adherence to global Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) standards.
• Offer high-caliber technical assistance to Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), NGOs, government entities, and institutional partners through both in-person and remote formats.
• Spearhead the creation and modification of context-relevant training curricula, tools, and applied learning methodologies.
• Assist with project management, donor compliance, and reviews of deliverables.
• Lead and/or assist with Technical Assistance initiatives driven by the EI Team.
• Oversee or support EI-led technical assistance initiatives throughout the program lifecycle, including design, implementation support, and MERL activities.
• Act as Project Manager for select technical assistance initiatives, overseeing workplans, budget and financial monitoring, reporting, and donor communications.
• Global-Regional Integration & Knowledge Management.
• Serve as a link between the global EI team and regional teams to ensure alignment and the flow of knowledge.
• Contribute to global knowledge management, learning, and dissemination activities.
• Engage in EI Working Groups and foster cross-regional collaboration.
• Support the implementation of global program quality and technical assistance strategies in Latin America and the Caribbean (LATAM).
• Advanced degree in international development, social sciences, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in economic inclusion, livelihoods, or graduation programming; technical assistance, capacity building, or strategic consulting; and program design and management in international development.
• Proven experience with the graduation approach, livelihoods, or financial inclusion.
• Experience collaborating with governments, donors, and implementing partners.
• Strong background in training, facilitation, and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience in contributing to proposals or concept notes.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
• Availability to travel up to 40–50% of the time.
