This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the daily operations of our Shopify store, ensuring that products, collections, and content are current.
• Assist in the rollout of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and trading activities across various brands.
• Keep product listings, images, pricing, and merchandising up to date to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to ensure the timely execution of ecommerce initiatives.
• Track website performance and offer insights to enhance conversion rates, revenue, and the overall customer experience.
• Aid in reporting on essential ecommerce KPIs, including sales, conversion rates, average order value, and customer behavior.
• Assist in implementing website enhancements, testing, and optimization opportunities.
• Support the CRM team with email marketing campaigns managed on Klaviyo.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an ecommerce or digital trading position.
• Proven hands-on experience in managing a Shopify store is crucial.
• Solid understanding of ecommerce merchandising, product management, and online trading best practices.
• Proficient in working with spreadsheets and analyzing ecommerce performance data.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail along with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify reporting, or comparable ecommerce analytics tools.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo) is advantageous.
