This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new clients.
• Facilitate live coaching, group workshops, and Q&A sessions to assist customers in grasping the essentials of dropshipping.
• Break down technical and e-commerce concepts into simple, digestible steps for newcomers.
• Monitor customer progress and pinpoint opportunities for additional support or intervention.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance engagement, retention, and overall success.
• Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and enhance training materials.
• Ensure customers adhere to best practices in store setup, advertising execution, and scaling strategies.
• Promote community engagement and facilitate discussions within coaching groups.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitation, training, coaching, or customer success roles.
• Strong skills in presentation and public speaking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, dropshipping, digital marketing, or SaaS is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to foster accountability and motivate action during live sessions.
• High level of integrity and precision in CRM documentation and process tracking.
• Proficient in navigating and teaching through platforms such as Wix, Base44, TeamDrop, Close, and Calendly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up effectively.
