This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Analyze campaign results and create testing roadmaps informed by the data insights.
• Craft hooks, scripts, messaging frameworks, and briefs that provide visual creators with essential guidance for execution.
• Evaluate creative assets (UGC, video, static, carousel) and offer performance-oriented feedback to enhance output quality.
• Engage directly with clients through monthly strategy meetings, content planning, shoot support, and narrative guidance.
• Collaborate across teams with media buyers and growth strategists to promote rapid iteration.
• Implement and refine the strategic frameworks and playbooks that guide our operational approach.
• 2-3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, or Paid Social, preferably with eCommerce or CPG brands.
• A keen eye for direct response creative: understanding what constitutes a compelling hook, the demands of market sophistication stages, and how to brief for conversion rather than just engagement.
• Strong instincts for copy and messaging across hooks, angles, scripts, and ad copy.
• Confident in both written and verbal communication with internal teams and clients.
• Bonus: experience in an agency setting, familiarity with Meta and TikTok Ads, UGC, or direct-response funnel strategy.
• Competitive salary: AUD $80,000-$90,000 including superannuation.
