Design Coordinator – eCommerce, Amazon, AI Image Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage ecommerce creative assets, such as product images, lifestyle visuals, infographics, A+ Content, brand storefronts, and digital marketing materials.

• Create, edit, and enhance product imagery utilizing AI image generation tools while ensuring brand consistency and realism.

• Utilize existing brand materials (Brand Guidelines, PSDs, photography, videos, etc.) to craft engaging ecommerce content.

• Partner with the Creative Director and Brand Managers to conceptualize creative ideas that boost conversion rates.

• Ensure that all creative materials adhere to Amazon's image standards and marketplace best practices.

• Oversee photography, retouching, AI-generated assets, and design production from initial concept to final output.

• Upload and organize creative assets while maintaining precision and quality across ecommerce platforms.

• Handle multiple creative projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

• Keep abreast of new AI technologies, ecommerce design trends, and Amazon's best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating ecommerce creative for platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.

• Extensive experience with Amazon listing images, A+ Content, and Brand Storefronts.

• Practical experience with AI image generation tools such as ChatGPT Images, Claude, or comparable platforms.

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates ecommerce creative work.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Experience with Canva is a plus.

• Background in working with Fashion/Apparel brands is highly desirable.

• Solid understanding of ecommerce merchandising and designing for conversion optimization.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
