E-Commerce Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Assist Solution Architects during customer onboarding initiatives by developing documentation, test cases, and configuring systems.

• Provide support to customers by addressing basic operational or technical inquiries under supervision.

• Record workflows, settings, and troubleshooting steps using tools such as Asana, Zendesk, and HubSpot.

• Acquire knowledge in configuring and testing integrations between e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok), ERPs (NetSuite, Acumatica), 3PLs, and marketplaces.

• Conduct data validation checks (orders, inventory, shipments) to confirm the accuracy of integrations.

• Assist in monitoring synchronization errors, escalations, and issues reported by customers.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to manage project tasks and timelines.

• Document and escalate technical issues to Solution Architects or Support Engineers with comprehensive details.

• Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and internal process documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Basic knowledge of APIs, data flows, or system integrations (prior experience not necessary, training will be provided).

• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for performing data analysis.

• Interest in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and operational processes such as order management and inventory.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Willingness to learn technical concepts and apply them effectively.

• Proactive and resourceful; open to researching and testing solutions.

• Growth-oriented mindset; receptive to feedback, coaching, and ongoing improvement.

• Team-oriented individual who enjoys collaborative problem-solving.

• High level of accountability; takes ownership of responsibilities and ensures follow-through.
