ECM Enrollment Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Engage and obtain consent from potential members

• Accurately fill out enrollment and eligibility forms for individuals who have consented.

• Keep precise records of all outreach efforts within the technology platform

• Facilitate warm transfers to local navigators to ensure the continuity of the member's care.

• Conduct case conferences with Clinical Advisors and Reviewers as necessary.

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and fulfill mandated reporting obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification

• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, social services, or community-based organizations is advantageous

• Experience in a call center or sales environment

• Availability to work a shift from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
