Eastern Regional Sales Manager – Land Mobile Radio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Plan, lead, train, and coordinate the activities of manufacturer representatives.

• Create and execute regional sales promotions and advertising strategies.

• Perform on-site dealer visits to assess competitive activities.

• Work in collaboration with other departments to synchronize efforts.

• Supervise the sales initiatives of manufacturer representatives.

• Generate sales reports and evaluate sales forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree or equivalent experience directly related to the position.

• A minimum of five years of experience in the Land Mobile Radio Industry.

• Comprehensive knowledge of dealer sales management techniques.

• Familiarity with the designated product group.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in sales.
