This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive sales to end customers to enhance account penetration through virtual and remote engagement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting or surpassing revenue and growth objectives.
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts, acting as the primary contact point.
• Analyze sales penetration across essential product categories and create targeted sales plans.
• Meet annual distribution and end-customer sales targets.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Field Sales Support teams to advance initiatives and capitalize on key opportunities.
• Formulate and execute strategic growth plans with distributors.
• Administer pricing strategies and manage contracts for distribution partners and end customers.
• Implement promotional programs supplied by the marketing team.
• Manage promotional spending (PFA) to reach sales objectives.
• Utilize CRM systems to monitor sales activities, customer interactions, distributor feedback, and competitive insights.
• Provide sales forecasting and manage the sales pipeline.
• Ensure ongoing communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management, and Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business with a specialization in Sales.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with using iPhones and laptops for business applications.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Capability to manage and expand accounts in a virtual selling environment.
