Easement Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Assist in the acquisition of right-of-way, land leasing, permitting, and provide support for construction in areas related to oil and gas, wind, solar, and transmission.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships between clients and landowners.

• Negotiate and finalize agreements for fee titles, easements, leases, licenses, permits, and ordinances.

• Deliver regular updates on the progress of land acquisition and permitting activities.

• Prepare essential agreement documents and/or permitting forms for various projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in evaluating title work, acquiring landowner rights, permitting, and other real estate-related functions.

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to land acquisitions and real estate permitting.

• Capability to conduct legal document searches and perform title reviews.

• Licensed Real Estate Agent in Wisconsin & Minnesota (or a commitment to obtain licensure).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong familiarity with ArcGIS software and Google Earth.
