Early Childhood Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Developing and delivering online mathematics classes to students on a weekly basis (10-20 classes = approximately 10-20 hours/week)

• Class assignments and teaching hours are contingent upon your lesson preparation readiness and student satisfaction

• Engaging in compensated teaching assistant roles by attending classes and learning from experienced lead teachers' instructional methods

• Conducting trial lessons with prospective students to assist them in enrolling in appropriate classes (5-10 hours/week)

• Evaluating homework and regularly communicating with parents to provide updates on students' academic progress and areas needing improvement (3-5 hours/week)

• Additional tasks assigned by the teaching management team

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher; all fields of study are welcome, though degrees in Education or STEM-related disciplines are preferred!

• Previous experience in math teaching is advantageous

• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and charismatic with the capability to effectively engage and inspire children!

• Availability and readiness to work full-time from Tuesday to Sunday starting April 2026

• A strong passion for teaching, responsibility, and enthusiasm for working with children

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in interactions with parents

• A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and prompt communication are essential.
