Early Careers Recruitment Consultant – Mexico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive Early Careers recruitment strategies for graduate, intern, and apprenticeship programs across designated regions or disciplines.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and business leaders to identify hiring requirements, anticipate demand, and shape selection methodologies.

• Establish and maintain proactive talent pipelines through universities, events, digital platforms, and targeted outreach efforts.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process including screening, interviews, selection decisions, offers, and intern conversion procedures.

• Use structured assessment methods to evaluate candidates fairly and consistently based on role specifications.

• Provide an inclusive and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Represent the organization at career fairs, university events, and external engagements to enhance employer branding and visibility.

• Leverage data and recruitment insights to monitor pipeline health, enhance conversion rates, and inform hiring choices.

• Work together with Talent Attraction colleagues to ensure smooth coordination of assessment processes and candidate flow.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Early Careers programs, including EDI initiatives and process enhancements.

• Proven experience in delivering Early Careers, campus, or high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong capacity to foster trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and converting early talent pipelines.

• Thorough understanding of structured assessment and selection methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring programs concurrently with excellent prioritization skills.

• Confident communication abilities with the capacity to influence and advise stakeholders.

• Experience utilizing recruitment systems, data, and reporting to guide decision-making processes.
