Early Careers Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive Early Careers recruitment strategies for graduate, intern, and apprenticeship programs across designated regions or disciplines.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and business leaders to determine hiring requirements, anticipate demand, and design selection methods.

• Establish and nurture proactive talent pipelines through universities, events, digital platforms, and targeted outreach efforts.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, making selection decisions, extending offers, and managing intern conversion processes.

• Utilize structured assessment techniques to evaluate candidates in a fair and consistent manner based on role specifications.

• Provide an inclusive and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Represent the organization at career fairs, university events, and external engagements to enhance employer branding and visibility.

• Leverage data and recruitment insights to track pipeline health, enhance conversion rates, and guide hiring decisions.

• Work in conjunction with Talent Attraction colleagues to ensure smooth coordination of assessment processes and candidate movement.

• Participate in the ongoing improvement of Early Careers programs, including EDI initiatives and process enhancements.

• Proven experience in managing Early Careers, campus, or high-volume recruitment in a dynamic environment.

• Strong aptitude for building trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and converting early talent pipelines.

• In-depth understanding of structured assessment and selection strategies.

• Ability to juggle multiple hiring programs simultaneously with excellent prioritization skills.

• Confident communication abilities with the capacity to influence and advise stakeholders effectively.

• Experience utilizing recruitment systems, data, and reporting to inform decision-making.

• Strong dedication to inclusive hiring practices and exceptional candidate experience.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment with seasonal fluctuations.
