This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage travel arrangements, calendars, and scheduling for the CEO and Operations Director - ensuring everything is organized and nothing is overlooked.
• Oversee the inbox: address items that do not require a founder's attention, draft responses as needed, and maintain active communication threads.
• As you become acclimated, assist in board preparation, quarterly OKRs, monthly town hall meetings, and necessary follow-ups.
• Take ownership of outstanding tasks that others may overlook and ensure they are completed.
• Gradually identify bottlenecks and risks that may not be immediately apparent.
• Support the CEO with personal and family-related matters, and aid the Operations Director with sensitive HR tasks.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• A few years of experience in a demanding role - such as Executive Assistant, consulting, operations, or within a startup environment. The nature of your experience is more important than the job title.
• (Bonus) A background in law is a plus.
• Equity in Teton (warrants).
• Access to cutting-edge technology in an innovative industry.
• A position where you can significantly influence healthcare delivery.
• Collaboration with highly intelligent individuals and opportunities to learn from colleagues.
