E-learning Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize and oversee single-source content within Xyleme for publishing across multiple channels.

• Work alongside design and media teams to ensure quality and consistency are upheld.

• Create responsive, mobile-first modules utilizing Articulate Rise.

• Develop interactive custom courses in Articulate Storyline, incorporating variables, triggers, assessments, and custom interactions.

• Partner with teams to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of practical experience in eLearning development.

• Expertise in Articulate Storyline and Rise.

• Familiarity with structured, single-source content authoring, Xyleme, or a similar CCMS/LCMS.

• Commitment to developing extensive expertise in Xyleme.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of learning design and user experience.

• Versatile and eager to expand skill set.

• Ready to start immediately.

• Preferred: direct hands-on experience with Xyleme.

• Preferred: proficiency in Storyline and Rise.

• Preferred: skills in media editing, including video and graphics.

• Preferred: knowledge of instructional design principles.
