E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee product listings on Bol.com (the Dutch Amazon) — ensuring stock levels, pricing, product details, and certifications are precise and updated.

• Manage and refresh the Lightspeed e-commerce store — including product uploads, pricing adjustments, and content updates.

• Streamline the current product database — identifying and removing obsolete SKUs, rectifying product information, and organizing the catalog.

• Assist with the launch of new products across marketplace and e-commerce platforms.

• Generate purchase orders and complete forecast documents in Odoo for B2B brands and suppliers.

• Communicate with suppliers via email to monitor orders, confirm deliveries, and address any issues.

• Oversee daily operations and identify potential problems early — such as stock inconsistencies, listing inaccuracies, and supplier delays.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date product documentation, including certifications for medical devices.

• Recommend and implement enhancements to workflows and processes — fostering structure and consistency where necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or a related field.

• Experience supporting businesses located outside the Philippines; familiarity with European, Australian, or US companies is highly advantageous.

• Practical experience managing product listings on an online marketplace (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Bol.com, or similar).

• Background in purchasing; creating purchase orders, tracking inventory, and liaising with suppliers.

• Excellent written English communication skills (for supplier correspondence and internal collaboration).

• Ability to navigate multiple platforms confidently and quickly adapt to new systems.
