E-Commerce Manager, Shopify

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assume both operational and strategic leadership for our Shopify store.

• Merging brand storytelling with high-converting funnels, you will transform our webshop into an effective conversion engine.

• Campaign and peak management: You will plan and execute seasonal promotions.

• High-converting funnels and landing pages: You will create customized post-click funnels and landing pages for our paid marketing efforts.

• Rigorous conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing: You will consistently test hypotheses throughout the entire product detail page (PDP) and checkout process.

• Shop and content excellence: You will ensure the frontend meets the highest standards of user experience (UX) and design.

• Ownership of KPIs and reporting: You will have a deep understanding of your metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience with Shopify in D2C/B2C e-commerce.

• Proven success: You have significantly enhanced a shop’s performance.

• Exceptional self-organization skills.

• Proficient in AI: You seamlessly integrate AI tools into your daily tasks for content creation, analysis, and efficiency.

• An entrepreneurial mindset.

• Native German (C2) and business-fluent English (C1+), coupled with excellent communication abilities.
