This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to boost direct bookings, enhance online revenue, increase profitability, and improve digital performance.
• Analyze hotel and market performance to identify opportunities, address challenges, and propose measurable strategies.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and hotel leaders to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
• Manage and enhance hotel websites for better engagement, navigation, conversion, and brand consistency.
• Conduct audits of website and digital presence encompassing content, photography, offers, SEO, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Create and optimize digital content that drives bookings.
• Oversee hotel visibility across brand websites, OTAs, metasearch, and authorized online distribution channels.
• Ensure the accuracy and competitiveness of property content, photography, descriptions, amenities, ratings, reviews, and offers.
• Optimize channel strategies, promotions, packages, and online merchandising efforts.
• Monitor website analytics, conversion rates, revenue, channel contributions, campaign performance, and other e-commerce metrics.
• Generate reports and translate data into actionable recommendations for corporate and hotel leadership.
• Experiment with ideas, assess outcomes, and refine strategies to enhance ROI and online revenue.
• Coordinate SEO, paid search/PPC, email marketing, online advertising, affiliate marketing, and other emerging digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and brand partners on campaigns and creative projects.
• Build strong relationships with General Managers, Revenue Managers, Directors of Sales, and hotel marketing teams.
• Provide guidance, training, and best practices to hotel teams.
• Act as an e-commerce liaison with hotel brand partners and corporate stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Digital Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, hospitality marketing, hotel distribution, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid search, website optimization, digital marketing, and online distribution.
• Experience utilizing analytics and reporting to assess performance and provide business recommendations.
• Exceptional communication, writing, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with both corporate and property-level teams.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to make recommendations, challenge existing practices, and take initiative.
• Prior hotel e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with major hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, or others is beneficial.
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, SEO platforms, CMS systems, OTAs, metasearch, CRS/GDS, or hotel distribution systems is advantageous.
