• Supervising the performance, enhancement, and optimization of online presence

• Expand and refine key site metrics for www.thisisaday.com

• Examine user behavior through data and analytics to formulate A/B testing hypotheses

• Oversee the website development pipeline and create engaging site experiences

• Serve as the primary contact for the website development team and related systems

• Ensure the functionality and overall quality of Aday’s website

• Discover new technologies or partners to drive growth

• Collaborate closely with marketing teams for the smooth execution of online marketing initiatives

• Perform continuous competitive analysis for enhancing user experience

• 2-5+ years of experience in a startup or a dynamic e-commerce environment

• Analytical mindset; capable of transforming data into actionable insights

• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy and precision

• Inquisitive, solution-focused, and a creative problem solver

• Exceptional organizational abilities and capable of managing multiple projects at once

• Self-motivated and resourceful, able to work independently

• Strong communication skills when interacting with engineers and executives

• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other e-commerce tools
