This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage reports related to unfulfillable inventory in Amazon Seller Central on a daily basis.

• Categorize unfulfillable units according to their disposition type (customer damaged, defective, distributor damaged, carrier damaged, expired).

• Organize removal orders or disposal requests in accordance with account strategies and client standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Determine which units can be regraded or returned to a sellable condition and coordinate the necessary repackaging workflows.

• Keep precise records of unfulfillable unit counts, trends, and resolution actions.

• Develop and maintain dashboards or trackers to report unfulfillable inventory key performance indicators (KPIs) to account managers and clients.

• Detect lost and damaged inventory at Amazon fulfillment centers using Seller Central reports and the FBA inventory reconciliation tool.

• Submit and track claims with Amazon for units that are confirmed as lost or damaged by FBA.

• Follow up on pending claims until resolution and ensure that reimbursements or replacements are received.

• Maintain a claims log documenting status, amounts, and outcomes.

• Reconcile shipped quantities with quantities received by Amazon for all inbound shipments.

• Identify and document instances of short-receives, over-receives, and missing units.

• Submit research requests and claims for inbound discrepancies within the timeframes set by Amazon.

• Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL), prep centers, or direct suppliers to address discrepancies on the carrier side.

• Monitor stranded inventory reports and identify underlying causes (listing suppressed, listing deleted, pricing errors, compliance holds). Resolve listing-related issues in coordination with catalog or content teams to reactivate stranded units.

• Escalate unresolved stranded inventory issues to Amazon Seller Support or account management for removal or disposal decisions.

• Track the aging of stranded inventory and flag units nearing long-term storage fee thresholds.

• Audit reimbursement reports to uncover unclaimed reimbursements for lost, damaged, or destroyed units.

• Cross-reference reimbursement data against removal orders, lost claims, and shipment records to identify discrepancies.

• File manual reimbursement cases via Seller Central or through third-party audit tools as needed.

• Monitor reimbursement recovery amounts on a per-ASIN and per-account basis and report on a monthly schedule.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon FBA inventory operations (Seller Central or Vendor Central).

• Proven experience with unfulfillable inventory workflows, removal orders, and disposition management.

• Proficient in utilizing Amazon's FBA inventory reports, reconciliation tools, and Seller Support case management.

• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets — capable of building and maintaining reconciliation trackers and exception logs.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases and SKUs simultaneously.

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote work setting.

• Strong written communication skills in English — able to articulate clear Seller Support cases and internal status updates.

• Preferred experience using third-party reimbursement or audit tools (e.g., GETIDA, Helium 10, Seller Investigators).

• Familiarity with Amazon's reimbursement policies and claim timelines for FBA lost, damaged, and inbound shipment claims.

• Experience managing multiple seller accounts or working in an agency/managed services environment.

• Background in eCommerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.

• Experience in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) or process documentation for inventory exception workflows.
