E-Commerce & Growth Manager – E-Commerce Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the revenue, budget, and KPIs of the online shop

• Crafting the shop's roadmap and establishing priorities

• Optimizing conversion rates and continuously enhancing the customer journey

• Overseeing Shopify, Sanity, and collaborating with technology partners

• Coordinating with Moving Primates and various agencies

• Managing projects, providing briefings, and tracking initiative progress

• Generating reports and identifying specific action items

• Collaborating with Brand, Design, CRM, Content, and Executive Management

• Functional oversight of SEA and SEO

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with oversight of an online shop

• Generalist profile demonstrating commercial insight and exceptional organizational abilities

• Strong expertise in performance marketing

• Passion for independently managing projects and uniting people and agencies
