
E-Commerce Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Design and implement onsite merchandising strategies, focusing on product positioning, category navigation, and promotional displays to enhance conversion rates and average order value across all branded ecommerce websites and Amazon storefronts.
• Supervise site-wide engagement initiatives, including personalized recommendations, cross-site linking, content optimization, and loyalty features, to promote user retention and minimize bounce rates.
• Evaluate user behavior data to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing the experience and ensure strategies benefit multiple business units.
• Collaborate with the Customer Acquisition and Experience Manager to synchronize onsite promotions with offsite marketing efforts (email, SMS, paid advertisements, influencers).
• Manage UX/UI Designer resources to guarantee design elements improve usability, accessibility, brand consistency, and engagement across all platforms.
• Work closely with the Ecommerce Operations Manager on system integrations, policy implementations, and process optimizations that influence onsite functionality (e.g., inventory visibility, fulfillment options, returns/exchanges).
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as session duration, pages per session, cart abandonment, cross-site traffic, and conversion rates; provide data-driven insights to the Director and functional leads.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends in ecommerce engagement and merchandising for manufacturing sectors, integrating best practices for multi-channel and multi-site sales environments.
• Ensure all onsite engagement activities align with overarching customer service and Amazon objectives, crafting a seamless experience from acquisition through post-purchase support.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field is required.
• An advanced degree (MBA, Master's, PhD) in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field is preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in ecommerce, onsite merchandising, or digital engagement, with a demonstrated impact on conversion rates and average order value.
• 2–4+ years of leadership experience, including team management and driving cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
• Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-brand ecommerce environments, ideally within manufacturing or intricate business-unit structures.
• Strong expertise in onsite merchandising, encompassing product placement, category navigation, promotions, and personalization strategies.
• Proficient in ecommerce analytics with the ability to convert data into actionable optimization strategies.
• Practical experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce) and personalization or testing tools.
• Proven success in collaborating cross-functionally to implement integrated strategies.
