This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and enhance the Shopify store, which includes managing products, collections, pages, navigation, and theme configurations.
• Develop and refresh product listings with precise descriptions, variants, pricing, images, and sizing details.
• Administer Shopify applications and integrations while troubleshooting any arising issues.
• Keep an eye on broken links, display inconsistencies, checkout errors, and outdated content.
• Establish discount codes, promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Analyze store performance metrics and work to boost conversion rates, average order value, and reduce cart abandonment.
• Identify points in the customer journey where drop-offs occur and suggest enhancements.
• Enhance product pages, landing pages, and calls to action.
• Organize and execute A/B tests, optimizing site speed, mobile usability, and checkout processes.
• Assist with email and SMS marketing flows and assess their performance.
• Strategize, create, and oversee paid campaigns on Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Set up target audiences, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting budgets, creative assets, and targeting to maximize return on ad spend.
• Maintain a content calendar and produce short-form videos, graphics, product demonstrations, and customer testimonials.
• Edit videos and images using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications.
• Craft platform-specific captions and ad copy, and engage with comments and messages.
• Manage and troubleshoot the Shopify-to-ERP integration, ensuring synchronization of orders, customers, products, and payments.
• Address failed syncs, duplicate orders, and data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with fulfillment and courier partners regarding dispatch, tracking, and delivery challenges.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies, including the 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including SKUs, variants, product availability, pre-orders, and backorders.
• Track stock levels, aid in reorder planning, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media platforms.
• Resolve order-related issues, delivery delays, and product questions while maintaining FAQs and templates.
• Compile reports on sales, advertising performance, conversion rates, stock levels, and customer service metrics.
• Document workflows, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify errors, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or process enhancements.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online store operations.
• Proven hands-on experience in maintaining and optimizing Shopify stores.
• Demonstrated success in managing profitable paid social campaigns on Meta and/or TikTok.
• Capability to create captivating social media content, including short-form videos.
• Practical knowledge of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and e-commerce analytics.
• Experience in backend order processing, fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems integrated with Shopify.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities when integrations, syncs, or store functionalities encounter issues.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with a talent for crafting clear, customer-ready content and responses.
• High attention to detail, especially regarding product data, stock levels, and order accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks across marketing, operations, and customer service domains.
• Capacity to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home-office setup.
• Availability for 25–30 hours a week during New Zealand business hours, with a transition to full-time in approximately 3 months.
• Direct experience with Shopify and Odoo integrations.
• Background in the health, wellness, beauty, fitness, or pet product sectors.
• Experience marketing to diverse customer segments, including consumers, pet owners, and equestrian audiences.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo email and SMS marketing automation.
• Understanding of advertising standards specific to health and wellness products.
• Previous experience working remotely for a New Zealand or Australian e-commerce organization.
• Initially part-time at 25–30 hours per week, with an expectation of transitioning to a full-time role within approximately 3 months.
