
E-Commerce Coordinator – Animal Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Oversee orders that encounter errors in the interchange and investigate their causes.
• Rekey orders when necessary.
• Identify and resolve Web order issues by coordinating with clinics and/or sales staff.
• Process requests for establishing Web Access Profiles.
• Maintain profiles using the Website Admin Site and communicate when setups are complete.
• Research, maintain, and update product information, including descriptions, availability, compliance concerns, backorders, allocations, new products, and closeout items.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Marketing to ensure a seamless online purchasing experience.
• Monitor MSDS and CVP sites and liaise with providers regarding manufacturer information and issues.
• Investigate products to accurately provide MSDS and Compendium information.
• Track product changes to guarantee accurate Web display.
• Update Product and Customer Sets to ensure visibility of location-specific and state-compliant products.
• Keep track of marketing and manufacturer communications related to clinic promotions.
• Develop and manage Customer and Product Sets for promotional activities.
• Offer customer service through phone, email, and fax.
• Train clinic and sales staff on website features.
• Address inquiries related to accounting, DEA questions, products, warehouse issues, telephone orders, OSR/ISR questions, freight, pharmacy, and other MWI services.
• Troubleshoot clinic issues and find solutions that satisfy both clinics and sales staff.
• Flexible availability between 9am–6pm EST.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, customer support, order management, customer operations, sales support, or a related field.
• HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR), CCPC Global Certified Client Service Specialist (CCSS), or equivalent certification is preferred.
• A business or technical degree is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• At least two years of relevant experience in customer service, maintenance, and support for enterprise e-commerce systems or business system analysis and support.
• Knowledge and proficiency in detailing products on www.mwianimalhealth.com.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction in individual or group settings.
• Ability to organize and present information to others, delivering impactful presentations.
• Customer-focused and responsive to customer needs and priorities.
• Capability to quickly adapt to changes in daily operations.
