This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Guide clients throughout the entire engagement process, including opportunity identification, proposal development, architecture and design, and project execution.
• Adhere to industry standards, delivering exceptional solutions to our esteemed clients.
• Monitor the performance and availability of critical applications for clients.
• Summarize and analyze performance trends during operations status meetings.
• Assist client personnel in troubleshooting and diagnosing the root causes of performance issues.
• Create innovative solutions, architectures, proof of concepts, demo/lab environments, and persuasive business cases.
• Highlight the advantages of digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of advanced solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure clarity regarding project delivery scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Guarantee the timely and budget-compliant delivery of high-quality projects.
• Work with Partner and Marketing teams to create content, such as sales materials, blog posts, podcasts, and live workshops.
• Present at both company and partner events, enhancing thought leadership within the industry.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting their professional growth.
• Actively engage in professional associations, industry events, and community activities, contributing to intellectual property (IP) development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements by maintaining partner certifications and participating in technology events.
• More than 3 years of experience in deploying, configuring, and optimizing observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk, and Elastic Stack.
• Strong comprehension of distributed tracing, log aggregation, and metrics monitoring in microservices architectures.
• Over 2 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC), automation, and configuration management tools, including Ansible, Terraform, Octopus Deploy, AWS Config, and Azure Automation & Control.
• Proficient in defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets to align performance with business objectives.
• Required experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a DevOps role.
• Experience in integrating observability with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to monitor cloud-native infrastructure and services.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace Security Monitoring to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Proven experience in establishing and delivering complex projects, demonstrating a history of successful implementations.
• Proficient in coding and scripting languages, including but not limited to Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash, and Typescript.
