Chaplain, Bilingual Spanish Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Acts as a messenger and advocate for faith, mission, and purpose.

• Engages with organizations, their staff, and the community.

• Conducts regular visits to workplace sites to connect with employees.

• Visits employees or their immediate family members to provide care and support.

• May offer confidential pastoral conversations regarding sensitive issues.

• Collaborates with organizations to deliver notifications of deaths and serious injuries.

• May provide support for employees who have been laid off or terminated.

• May facilitate activities aimed at spiritual enrichment.

• Represents organizations to clients and customers.

• Skills to actively listen and engage with clients, employees, and their families.

• Spiritual maturity and a commitment to a Christian lifestyle.

• Proven ability to interact professionally with diplomacy, patience, and respect.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capability in analyzing information to identify and address problems or objectives.

• Proficiency in computer applications including Google Suites, Microsoft Office, or similar software.

• Valid state driver's license and minimum required auto insurance.
