This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Managing, screening, and directing incoming telephone calls, as well as taking messages and addressing voicemail inquiries.
• Scheduling, canceling, and rearranging patient appointments.
• Gathering and updating demographic and insurance information, confirming patient eligibility, and registering new patients.
• Handling referrals, preparing and scanning medical records, and executing data entry tasks.
• Serving as a communication link between patients, medical personnel, and various departments.
• Bilingual - Spanish is a must.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in healthcare is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing empathy, professional phone etiquette, and clear articulation.
• Proficiency with technology, including phone systems, email, documentation management systems, and EHR systems.
