This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Set up and manage Dynamics 365 Sales, encompassing forms, fields, views, dashboards, business rules, calculated fields, and basic process automation.
• Ensure CRM data integrity through duplicate detection, record merging, field cleanup, ownership adjustments, bulk updates, and hygiene reporting.
• Assist with CRM processes related to accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes, leads, activities, and projects.
• Facilitate CRM training by creating walkthroughs, process documentation, and training resources, including content for our digital adoption platform.
• Offer daily CRM support to users, addressing troubleshooting, process inquiries, and adoption assistance.
• Collaborate with internal IT and external CRM vendors to implement enhancements, resolve issues, and validate completed tasks.
• Conduct testing for configuration modifications, vendor deliverables, bug fixes, and new functionalities prior to release.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM processes, field definitions, configuration adjustments, and release notes.
• Assist in managing CRM backlog items, setting priorities, timelines, and following up on tasks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline CRM workflows, enhance user experience, and minimize manual tasks.
• Over 4 years of experience in CRM administration specifically within Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
• Proficient in configuring CRM forms, fields, views, dashboards, business rules, calculated fields, and security settings.
• Strong knowledge of CRM data structures, record ownership, duplicate management, and data cleaning processes.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, and the Power Platform.
• Experience with ERP/customer master data, quoting, CPQ, and data integrations.
• Valid certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or the Power Platform.
