Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant – Supply Chain Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist clients utilizing D365 F&O Supply Chain Management.

• Diagnose problems and develop effective solutions.

• Collaborate across procurement, inventory, warehousing, sales, and planning.

• Handle support requests until resolution and keep clients updated.

• Implement smaller enhancements, configuration adjustments, and ongoing improvements.

• Partner with developers and technical teams to address complex issues, integrations, and releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX, focusing on Supply Chain Management.

• Background in managed services, application support, or a live production setting.

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.

• Familiarity with incident, change, and release management processes.

• Solid understanding of various aspects of Supply Chain Management.

• Strong communication and client relationship-building capabilities.

• Experience in Advanced Warehousing, manufacturing, master planning, or landed cost is a plus.
