Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Develop, customize, and sustain D365 Finance & Operations solutions utilizing X++ with an extensions-first methodology.

• Validate solutions within UAT and Production environments.

• Assist in testing, debugging, and constructing OData APIs.

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions leveraging X++, SQL, Visual Studio, SSMS, SSRS, and Power Apps.

• Create and utilize OData APIs to transfer data between D365, partner systems, and reporting tools.

• Establish repeatable, monitored data pipelines to replace ad-hoc manual data transfers.

• Schedule, orchestrate, and oversee automated jobs, including alerts for failures and data-quality concerns.

• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and provide deployment support.

• Monitor data lineage and implement automated checks to ensure accuracy after each execution.

• Manage DEV and UAT virtual machine environments within the Azure tenant.

• Engage in a rotating Helpdesk schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 2–5 years of programming experience in X++ and SQL.

• Working knowledge of D365, including data extraction, mapping, and reconciliation.

• Experience in testing and deploying solutions across UAT and Production environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Must be a USC or GC.

• Preferred: Experience with Power Apps, Azure, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, SSIS, DoCentric, and supply chain/inventory/allocation domains.
