DXP Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Solution Development & Sales Enablement: Create comprehensive architectures for websites, portals, and digital products, encompassing content management, e-commerce, personalization, and analytics platforms.

• Assess and recommend the appropriate DXP technology stack (Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore XM/XP, Optimizely, etc.) tailored to client needs for customer experience, ensuring clear integration points.

• Develop architectural blueprints, solution diagrams, and technical roadmaps that align platform capabilities with client KPIs.

• Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and project delivery: assist in proposal writing with a technical strategy, estimate implementation efforts, identify assumptions and risks, and guide engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to the design.

• Incorporate performance, security, and scalability considerations into all solution designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in technical architecture roles for digital platforms, including significant hands-on expertise with enterprise CMS and DXP solutions (Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Optimizely) in complex, multi-site implementations.

• Demonstrated success in designing integrated solutions across diverse technologies, such as linking content management systems with e-commerce engines, personalization services, and analytics tools.

• Extensive understanding of web application architecture (SPA vs. multi-page, microservices, headless CMS, CDN, authentication/authorization mechanisms).

• Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST/GraphQL APIs, middleware, ESB) for system connectivity.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and contemporary deployment models (containers, serverless, PaaS offerings for DXP) to provide guidance on hosting and environmental strategies.

• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences; adept at writing clear documentation and presenting architectural proposals to client executives.
