This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients within the Benelux region
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities
• Engage with key decision-makers and showcase company products/services
• Arrange qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
• Maintain precise records of activities within CRM systems
• Meet and surpass monthly KPIs and sales objectives
• Establish strong relationships with prospective customers
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• At least 2 years of demonstrated cold calling/outbound sales experience
• Native or fluent Dutch (C1–C2 level required)
• Proficient in English (B2 or higher)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Target-oriented mindset with strong resilience
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
