Dutch Speaking, Inbound Client Advisor – Electricity Producer & Supplier

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients of a prominent energy production and supply company.

• Handle incoming requests related to energy billing, contract renewals, and account changes with accuracy.

• Provide clients with expert advice on energy efficiency solutions and sustainable energy options customized to their requirements.

• Address technical inquiries or supply challenges concerning electricity and gas services in a courteous manner.

• Achieve high customer satisfaction levels by offering precise and timely information on developments in the energy market.

• Keep thorough customer records in the CRM system to ensure a smooth service experience in the energy sector.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance communication and optimize service delivery for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written).

• Possession of a valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.

• Excellent communication skills along with a professional demeanor regarding client interactions in the energy industry.

• Demonstrated capability to thrive in remote work settings while sustaining productivity levels.

• Previous experience in a client-facing or advisory capacity is highly regarded for this role.

• Residency in Greece is mandatory for this particular position.
