Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support to Dutch-speaking travelers through phone, email, and live chat regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism services on Booking.com.

• Assist with changes to reservations, cancellations, refunds, and requests for rebooking.

• Address customer complaints and manage escalations effectively.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams and tourism partners to resolve complex booking issues.

• Offer information on accommodation choices, travel policies, payment methods, and platform features.

• Record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system in accordance with company protocols and data privacy regulations.

• Keep updated on Booking.com’s tourism offerings, promotional campaigns, and platform enhancements.

• Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction, first-contact resolution, and response-time objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.

• A valid EU passport is required for eligibility.

• Strong enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace located in Greece.

• Working-level proficiency in English for internal communication and training purposes.

• Prior experience in customer service, travel support, or tourism is beneficial but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
