This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and written inquiries from clients

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional assistance in Dutch

• Update and oversee customer information

• Collaborate closely with your team to provide the best customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written

• Proficiency in English or Georgian

• Strong focus on customer service and effective communication skills

• Capability to engage confidently with a variety of customer types

• Proficient computer skills and fast typing abilities

• Creative, solution-oriented approach and a strong team player

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not mandatory
