Dutch Fashion Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email

• Address issues and foster positive experiences for each customer

• Adhere to the brand's guidelines and quality standards during every interaction

• Document and update customer interactions in appropriate systems

• Collaborate closely with the team to enhance service quality

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch

• Competent in English

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude

• Comfortable utilizing computer systems and juggling multiple tools

• Exhibits patience, empathy, and a positive demeanor

• Must be available to work in shifts

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Clean criminal record required

• B2+ level of English proficiency

• Willingness to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal, or Covilhã)

• CV must be submitted in English

• Must be a resident of a European Union country
