Dutch-English Customer Success Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Identify potential clients to engage with, assess their business requirements, and offer customized product suggestions to drive revenue.

• Perform research on client contracts and historical data utilizing tools such as Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to discover upselling and cross-selling possibilities.

• Conduct product demonstrations and develop customer-specific use cases to showcase the solutions' value.

• Effectively manage your sales pipeline, providing accurate updates to management regarding progress and forecasts.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer issues and enhance product adoption across various solutions.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their business goals and providing strategic advice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Experience in outbound sales, emphasizing prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, and generating new business opportunities, as well as upselling and cross-selling.

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions and subscription models.

• Proven track record of engaging decision-makers, identifying customer needs, and successfully closing deals through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.

• Capability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline and achieve weekly, daily, and monthly sales targets.

• Proficient in analyzing customer data and market trends to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Confidence in presenting to and advising C-suite decision-makers.
