Dutch-English Customer Success Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with prospects to comprehend their business requirements, delivering customized product recommendations that drive revenue.

• Perform research on customer contracts and histories utilizing platforms such as Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to reveal upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Provide product demonstrations and develop customer-specific use cases to showcase the value of our solutions.

• Efficiently manage your pipeline, offering accurate updates to management regarding progress and forecasts.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer issues and enhance product adoption across various solutions.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and providing advisory support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both Dutch and English.

• Experience in outbound sales, with an emphasis on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, and generating new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

• Solid understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription-based models.

• Demonstrated capability to engage decision-makers, ascertain customer needs, and close deals across various channels including phone, email, and social media.

• Proficient in managing a high-volume pipeline while achieving weekly, daily, and monthly sales targets.

• Skilled in analyzing customer data and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities.

• Confident in presenting to and advising C-suite decision-makers.
