This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Are you a Dutch speaker who enjoys helping customers and resolving issues effectively? We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor on behalf of our client to join their team for a project with a prestigious premium home appliances brand. In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries related to products, warranties, repairs, and services. By providing clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support, you will ensure that every customer has an outstanding service experience.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Offer support regarding product information, orders, warranties, repairs, and services.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting steps or escalate cases to technical teams as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on open cases until they are resolved.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide service with empathy, patience, and professionalism, reflecting the brand's high standards.
• Native-level Dutch proficiency and strong command of English (both spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or call center settings is a plus.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to confidently address technical product-related inquiries (training will be provided).
• A problem-solving attitude and the capacity to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.
