Dutch After Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for all Dutch-speaking clients.

• Assess and identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

• Provide troubleshooting support for iOS software on mobile devices, including phones and tablets.

• Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts, including IDs and passwords.

• Address post-sales inquiries related to the online store.

• Deliver exceptional support, resolving customer complaints with suitable solutions.

• Handle a significant volume of incoming calls.

• Cultivate sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch.

• B2 proficiency in English.

• Technically inclined, curious, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or similar technologies, is preferred.

• Capable of identifying technical issues and proposing immediate solutions to clients.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• High School Diploma required.

• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts, if necessary.

• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous.
