Due Diligence Analyst – Remediation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Ensure prompt resolution of client and internal Remediation requests in accordance with SLAs.

• Take ownership of resolving level 1 Remediation inquiries from clients within the established first response timeframes.

• Serve as a communication bridge between clients and other ethiXbase teams.

• Enhance the knowledge base by creating and revising content.

• Work collaboratively with the global Remediation and Research team.

• Commit to continuous learning of new ethiXbase products and associated technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Degree with ideally one year of relevant experience in Due Diligence, Compliance, Research, or Writing-related positions.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English, with additional language proficiency, especially in Mandarin and Spanish, considered an advantage.

• Excellent presentation skills, characterized by clarity and conciseness.

• Demonstrated success in building relationships and networks, including a proactive approach to assisting others and contributing to effective teamwork.
