DT SAP Production Planning Technical/Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and various functional teams to identify process improvements for Operations Systems that enhance business processes, encourage best practices, and deliver business value.

• Conduct technical and functional problem-solving while ensuring seamless integration with other solutions and applications.

• Engage in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream.

• Document business requirements and convert them into specification documents that yield solutions meeting or surpassing the established business criteria.

• Work within cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between Operations and other enterprise applications.

• Lead or participate in ERP-related projects while ensuring stakeholder alignment regarding the vision, scope, schedule, and budget for the digital solution.

• Identify, assess, and implement ongoing business improvement opportunities facilitated by standard application configurations to promote best practices and drive business benefits.

• Provide knowledge transfer to support teams following go-live.

• Be available and willing to travel based on business or project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, which includes customer-facing roles, requirement gathering, designing functional and technical solutions, and providing support, as well as experience in managing and executing projects in dynamic organizations; OR an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of SAP configuration experience specifically with the SAP Production Planning module (SAP S4 experience is preferred).

• Excellent communication skills, along with strong facilitation and analytical abilities.

• Experience in project management.

• U.S. Citizenship is required, as this position may necessitate access to systems and tools restricted to U.S. citizens.
